Parks and Recreation

The boat ramp on the Tuscarawas River enhances the riverfront area.  This ramp allows for easy access to the river. Many people navigate the river from the New Philadelphia area using this as a stopping point.  Others start their trips here and go downstream to the Gnadenhutten boat ramp.

Zeisberger Trail currently is a 6/10ths mile trail with a surface of wood chips.  A crushed limestone surface will be added to this trail so that it is friendly to both walkers and bikers.

The village park features baseball/softball fields, basketball courts, a shelter house, kid’s play area, picnic tables, and more.
